My room on the 5th floor was cozy, quiet, clean, and matched the photos. the bed was comfy, the bathroom had instant hot water, and the smart TV was a nice touch. the reception staff, Cesar & Shukrun, were welcoming and helpful. I'd happily stay here again on my next Istanbul trip.
The heating system being a split air conditioner might not be everyone's cup of tea, although it worked well for me.
